Returns Eligibility
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date your order is delivered.
To qualify for a return or refund:

The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

It must be returned in its original packaging with tags attached.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
Note: For hygiene reasons, certain personal-use items such as socks, water bottles, towels, and yoga mats cannot be returned once opened.
How to Initiate a Return

Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a brief reason for the return.

Our team will review your request and provide detailed instructions for the return process, including the return shipping address.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email notification confirming your refund approval.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for funds to appear in your account.
Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? No problem!
We gladly offer exchanges on eligible items. Simply contact our support team, and we’ll help you complete the exchange process quickly and efficiently.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@3ffitness.com with photos and your order details. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
